We make welcoming guests a real pleasure for everyone

Our approach to disability
In the gentle light of the Loue, our estate ensures that every traveler finds his or her place.
Because here, the word “welcome” is not just said – it’s lived, in gestures, in attentions, in respect for each individual. Like a promise whispered by the valley itself: no one should be left by the wayside.

Free breath, comfort of movement
The flat, welcoming terrain allows everyone to move around freely, from the restaurant to the reception, from the grocery store to the washrooms. Wheelchairs roll unobstructed to reserved spaces close to amenities. In the large sanitary building, a complete area – shower, toilet and washbasin – awaits travellers with reduced mobility, while another toilet is accessible in the restaurant.

The sinks and laundry bins have been designed with everyone in mind, and even the chore of washing up is a thing of the past thanks to a magical, free dishwasher. Every detail, right down to the slope of a path, has been imagined to make freedom of movement natural again.

The awakened senses, when communication becomes a link
Because everyone perceives the world in their own way, our domain ensures that all information is clear, visible and shared. Words are displayed in large type, signs are simple to use, and contrasting materials guide our steps.

A LoopHEAR 101 device helps you listen on the receiving end, while our team takes the time to explain, show and accompany. Whether it’s reading, hearing or understanding, we’re always looking for the gentlest way to meet.

A refuge for all, the spirit of inclusion
Since 2016, our Cottage Caborde PMR and our Lodge Canadienne, both Tourism & Handicap approved, offer a peaceful and adapted stay. But our quest doesn’t stop there. Every season, we improve our facilities, guided by the advice and needs of our guests. Around us, our partners share this same enthusiasm: the Musée Courbet in Ornans, the Hameau du Fromage in Cléron, the Musée des Maisons Comtoises in Nancray, and many others. Because when it comes down to it, hospitality is all about listening – and making every stay a story in its own right.
